The operator squares the boxes folding the bottom flaps, positions them on the infeed conveyor which incorporates the box centering/holding unit, fills the boxes, folds the top flaps and inserts them into the machine, that adjusts itself on the different box sizes automatically. While the boxes pass through the machine the top and bottom flaps will be sealed simultaneously by the taping heads. |

In automatic working cycle the boxes arriving into the machine with the top flaps folded. The boxes arriving into the machine activate the switches that will adjust the timing belts and top taping head frame on the box sizes. While the boxes pass through the machine the top and bottom flaps will be sealed by the taping heads simultaneously. |

Ubique GOLDTAPE 50B HM

| Semi-automatic bottom carton gluing machine manual adjustable on different box sizes. The operator squares the boxes folding the bottom flaps or the boxes arrive from an automatic case former already squared and with the bottom flaps folded. While the boxes pass through the machine the bottom flaps will be slightly opened, to allow the nozzles to spray the hot glue, before the final closure. Before out-feeding the box, a pneumatic pressure group pushes down the flaps from the box inside so as to assure a perfect gripping of the glue. The machine can be either used in a stand-alone version, or combined with one automatic case erector (Goldflex 56) or to one semi-automatic case erector (Goldflex 056). |
